The human body is a miracle of engineering. The perfect balance of fluids, pressures, thermostasis, structure and movement are all created perfectly in every way. Consider the heart. The pump that moves fluids throughout the body continuously, 24/7, and is self-contained. The fluids move along pressure and osmotic gradients with no effort of our own. Not to mention thermostasis, oxygenation, waste elimination, precision movement, sleep, wake, thought and emotion and the most incredible of all...reproduction!
And all we have to do is feed and water this body and keep it clean and dry with periods of rest.
The human body is perfect. The way we care for it is not. Nutrients that are needed to run the machine are created for us in animal and vegetable, fruit and mineral. Perfect in their natural state for our consumption and for utilization by the body. The body will run very well without breakdown given these nutrients.
But what do we do? We consume fabricated food-like substances created through chemistry. We rob the body of nutrients. We cause it to run inefficiently. We pollute it. It breaks down. It becomes diseased. And we wonder why? Come on people! Seriously?
The body is created perfectly. We try to duplicate the perfect engineering through medicine. We will never match it. "What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is notheing new under the sun." Ecclesiastes 1:9.
I am passionately seeking ways to not only improve my health - body, mind and soul - but also seeking ways to help others live a life of wellness. I have 15 years of experience as a health care provider, and I have seen that what we consume and how we use our time directly affect the quality of our health. I continually draw on valid research to improve physical health, overall wellness and longevity. Let me do the research, that you may experience the blessings of good life!
